New Yorker Laree "La" Thomas featured in FYI Network’s new series #BlackLove
One of the five cast members of FYI Network’s new docu-series #BlackLove, fashion-savvy personality and business owner Laree "La" Thomas is one of the show’s most colorful characters.
Working to find an equal balance between her career as a travel consultant and her relationship, La’s journey unfolds as each episode highlights the big city experiences of five exciting women, each with different stories as they search for true love.
Caught between the success of a bustling career and dating someone outside of her culture, La works to overcome the challenges of vulnerability through the cast member’s group discussions with show experts, psychotherapist Jack A. Daniels and Damona Hoffman, certified dating coach, author and host of the "Dates & Mates" radio show.
A native New Yorker known for her charismatic personality and fashionable punk rocker style, Thomas is a career-driven businesswoman who turned her passion for traveling into a business. Her boutique travel agency, Laree International specializes in luxury customized itinerary bookings and has taken her all over the globe.
As her company expands, Laree International’s latest offerings will include customized packages including couple themed group trips that encourage partner communication and relationship growth. She’s also unveiling a new campaign for her #TravelzInStyle initiative which promotes the ultimate travel experience to places like Prague later this year.
