“By Myself” is a self-love anthem originally written by Wolf Mason after realizing he was better off alone, following a recent breakup. This song is about the realization that no matter how you feel about someone, you need to love yourself, and sometimes you may be the only person you can count on. Wolf shared the acoustic version of “By Myself” to KØDE who was able to produce the song and create the pop / future-bass hit that is out now.
Wolf Mason was excited to work with KØDE, and said, “I don’t make EDM really, so I sent him the vocals, and we kind of worked out the song structure and he truly made it something special from there. I feel really lucky we found each other, he is a really good guy and has a bright future.”
