(Los Angeles, CA) December 9, 2020 -- Dallas-native, LA-based R&B/soul artist, Leslie Austin, releases single “Burned” from her upcoming EP.

“Burned” shares Leslie’s story of love with who she thought was her soulmate until multiple infidelities were uncovered, ending the relationship. Musically the track is powerful and sassy, giving off a soulful retro feel, all over the sting of being ‘burned’ and betrayed by the one you love.

After the coronavirus hit and Leslie lost all sources of income in LA, she drove to Dallas leaving her belongings in storage behind. Determined to keep her music progressing despite the pandemic, she started recording again while back in her hometown of Dallas, and this is the result.

Be on the lookout for her upcoming debut EP.

“Burned” is available now on Spotify and all other major platforms. Follow Leslie on Instagram and subscribe to her email list to stay up to date on new projects.
