Canadian native Shifty Eyes set to release new single "Beast"
Los Angeles, CA - September 15, 2017 -- One of the most familiar faces in Alberta, Canada’s hip hop music scene and well regarded fixture amongst the city’s independent music scene, local native Shifty Eyes is no stranger to the industry. He’s been a music insider and performer for the past decade. Now, he’s set to release his new single "Beast."

His relentless flow fueled by a combination of choppy lyrical deliver and anecdotes, "Beast" is a high-energy, go hard or go home type of track with rock solid beats and heavy basslines.
The music video for "Beast" lives up to it’s name, featuring a ferocious feline actor, and weaving a compelling tale that highlights the darkness and ferocity in us all. Shifty Eyes had a hand in imagining the visuals for the music video, and had help bringing them to life from noted music video director BPace Productions.
Shifty Eyes has a natural talent for working with words. Give him a topic, and he can freestyle about it. His natural affinity for language has led him to branching out from improvisation and towards writing songs as well. Naturally curious about the world around him, Shifty Eyes has sought out and absorbed knowledge about the music industry including skills like mixing, mastering and engineering. The Grand Hustle Gang has been a huge part of his development as an artist.

Shifty Eyes is a hip hop artist from Alberta, Canada. His struggles with finding his identity and recovery from drug abuse as a teen helped propel him towards music. He started by performing at shows in his hometown, which eventually led to tours across Canada and the US.
